What is stored
Your account details, shared conversation and Marlow's reflections are stored and scoped to your shared space. Notes to Marlow are stored separately against their author. A safety event stores only a level number and timestamp, without your words or identity.
Who can see it
The shared conversation is visible to the two partners in that space. Notes to Marlow are visible only to their author and are never displayed as history. Restricted administrative access exists to operate, secure, and maintain the service.
How AI processes it
Conversation context is sent through the Lovable AI gateway to the model provider to produce Marlow's reply and run safety checks. Conversations are never used to train any AI model, ours or anyone else's.
Retention and deletion
Shared conversations and reflections are kept until deleted; there is no automated purge yet. In your account controls you can leave a shared space, delete your own messages, request permanent deletion of a conversation, delete private notes, or delete your account. Conversation deletion requires both partners, or the space creator when the other has left.
Disclosure and safety
Marlow is identified as an AI companion at the start, after a gap of seven days or more, and every three hours during a continuous conversation. Being Our Best is for adults 18 and older. No advertising or sale
There is no advertising during a conversation. We never sell or share health information.
